  I want ro say that this review is based possibly on a misunderstanding. I called the reservation number for this specific location and was told no reservation needed just ahow up. Upon my arrival with a groupon voucher I was told sorry we aren't opening lanes because they had a big party coming who had a reservation. Had I known that a reservation was needed I would have made one. Because this location was over an hour away, it was discouraging not ro be able to bowl with my children. The manager or lead could have found a resolve, even allowing us to just bowl until all the parties where there but it didn't pan out. He did suggestr for us to come back 3 hours later or the next day but realized he had a huge party attending.

  I've been here a few times. Honestly its been neither amazing nor terrible. Unfortunately, this time made me rethink whether I should ever comeback. I didnt realize they open at 1 on Sundays (not a part of my complaint just find it odd for a bowling alley). I feel like it is overpriced. Wife and I planned to do 10 games. After hearing it was 10 dollars a game I decided on six. It was mentioned after that there is a special where you buy 3 games you get the 3rd game at a discount. We managed to bowl one game and the lane started taking forever to set up pins and to give our balls back. This was taking up so much time that a couple 2 lanes over (whom we were essentially bowling at the same time as) bowled a game and a half while we scraped 3 frames. It took so long that I went up to the counter 3 times. In our 5th frame of game 2 my wife asked me to see about refunding our 3rd game and trying to tolerate finishing the second. Unfortunately, because it was a special we were not allowed a refund (I dont understand why we couldn't at least get the discounted price refunded). The young man I spoke to and the manager apologized for the policy. The manager did offer a free game card or something (I will be honest at this point I was to irritated that my date had been ruined to fully understand the offer). I requested they close my lane and left. I am still upset that I wasnt allowed to receive a refund for the game I didn't play. I essentially play 3 out 6 games and they get to keep my money. I will probably go to top golf more since it has a simpler system that won't delay my experience. I could not in good conscience give 1 star since the workers were fine for the most part(It did take 10 minutes to get our balls back the fist time).

  We celebrated my daughter's birhtday at AMF Bowling Center, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was incredibly easy and convenient, as I was able to organize everything online. In addition, their team follow up multiple times to confirm details. On the day of the event, everything exceeded our expectations. The gentleman who welcomed us at check-in was extremely kind, attentive, and friendly, making us feel comfortable right away. The staff who served the food were also wonderful, and everything was delicious. The Place itself was very clean and well maintained. My daughter had an amazing birthday celebration with her friends. I was also very impressed with the pricing. It was absolutely worth it, and I am beyond satisfied with the overall experience. I highly recommend them 100%
