  First time going for the arcade side of things and of course you have to get a "card" to play any of the games. Not only that, if you don't have one already they charge you a DOLLAR. We played air hockey first for $1.50 and the puck kept flying off the table, you could see the dents in the drywall from all the times its happened before. The other games, half of them didn't even work and the ones that did, they weren't accurate.we live here in Panama city and I understand pcb is tourism based but that was ridiculous. And the "point" price for the prizes was out of hand. Even a blow pop costs 50 points....Won't be back!!!!

  This place is huge and open late, for the most part great customer service by the two ladies at the roller rink and the lady taking our order for food. HOWEVER, we called ahead of time to ensure closing time truly was 2AM. They confirmed 2AM was closing, we were here until 12:40AM before the young lady workers were actively trying their best to get customers out. The young woman in platform crocs cleaning the mens restroom at 12:30AM was asking men to step out so she could clean. There was 3 men telling her no they needed to go now before she threw a fit and stepped out. We felt unwelcome and forced to leave by 12:45.

  Sorry to say this place is not the same. Went for my daughter's birthday to skate and was told she isn't allowed to use the assist to help her skate. We were just here 3 months ago and this wasn't a problem. Now it is. Spoke to the manager and basically told me oh well this was in effect back then and now they enforced it. As a local of 13 yrs here I would not recommend. Very sad that you act like this sir. If i could, I would have not giving you anything. Btw your manager is so beyond rude. You might want to replace her .

  Went for half off games in Tuesdays. Great buy, and also had a coupon for an extra card. I think the vibe would be better without serving alcohol. I think it fuels emotions in some people. Good selection of arcade games. Really great prizes.

  We are local. We go numerous times through the year. We've been since the updates to the machines but not since the change in prices. We paid $83.79 for an hour of playing + shoes and two pair of socks. It is now by the hour ($40). We didnt even get to finish the game out. Because we had our teen children, we were going to play again, but I did not know there was a timer at the top showing time left. I went to the front where the employee had said, "So you waited until the game was almost finished to come pay?" When my DIL asked for a manager, the manager basically said, "sorry, next time, tell them you're local when you pay" and that he'd talk to the staff but then walked away. I highly doubt the staff will be talked to. And, he also said the staff was overwhelmed by customers. The staff member actually rolled her eyes when dil asked for a manager. We've had a few instances of rude staff members throughout the years of us going and we usually just go on with the night; however, tonight was to much. The price change is insane, and the rude staff members are to much. The locals will still be here when the vacationers are gone. Something should change before they continue to lose more customers.
