Customer service was very poor , the girl named Raquel that works in the bowling section had the worst attitude and she was very confusing. My 3 friends and I wanted to book a lane for the 3 games for all three of us and she only charged us for one game & when we went to question her about it she said we told her we only wanted one game and we did not. She kept rolling her eyes and using her hands to talk to us and it was very rude. Luckily the other girl was very helpful and fixed the situation so that we were able to play two more games, also to add according to the other young lady this is an ongoing problem with the lady Raquel.

- BRBrenda RebloraOct 30, 20251.0I was visiting out of town.The staff was very rude.They were busy dealing with whatever was on their phones in stead of trying to help us get our skates or what we needed to skate.One of the workers' children were here, and she paid more attention to getting them on the floor and situated and when they fell, she didn't even acknowledge that they fell.And they were just laying there in the way of everyone else.
- VCVincent CiancioloOct 30, 20254.0Place is massive and well maintained, great place, only thing that turned my stomach is when we went to check out food the girl when we asked question about pizza grabbed her nose piercing and put her fingers into her nose grabbing her nostril, then lady came out from behind counter with angry face and made it like we whee bothering her, so we never tried the food, all 7 of us, but otherwise was great time
