  We usually visit Rock’it Lanes Bowling Alley almost every weekend and have always enjoyed coming here. However, our experience this past Friday night was very disappointing. In the past, we typically paid about $6 per game, which made it affordable and fun to visit regularly. Now the pricing has changed to about $57 for just one hour of bowling. That’s a huge increase and, in our opinion, it’s going to discourage a lot of regular customers from coming as often. For families or couples who just want to bowl a few games, the new pricing makes it much less appealing. On top of that, the customer service we experienced at the bowling counter was very poor. The employee working the counter seated us directly between a large party group where there was nowhere for us to sit. When we politely asked if we could be moved to a different lane, he immediately had an attitude and began arguing with us instead of trying to help resolve the situation. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We’ve always liked coming here and supporting the business, but between the dramatic price increase and the rude service we experienced, it really made us reconsider coming back as often. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because loyal customers are what keep places like this busy and in business, your poor attitude customer service representatives you have on the floor along with sky high prices are going to send your business out the door very quickly as there are many more options around town! I would love to share my feedback directly with the owner on who we had this interaction with. Thanks!

  This place is probably great but their website showed bowling was 5.00 per game plus shoe rental. When we showed up to play a game, they now charge over 30 bucks for an hour of bowling. Need to update your website to properly reflect what your charging.

  We've been long term happy customers that will not be coming back! They have gone to a $30 an hour minimum. That easily triples what my cost is! We won't be back, and it hurts my heart!

  Won’t be coming here anymore to bowl. As of today 3/2/26 rockit lanes has changed their bowling price to an hourly fee of $45 versus around $7 per game. Absolutely ridiculous and greedy.
