  The team was able to pull associates from different areas to the shoe department where all of the customers were and each associate was competent and trained to help. This was at 8 pm. I haven’t seen this in retail in a long time. Well done, limited waiting after a sudden rush of customers.

  Terrible customer service. Short responses, no warm welcome. The feeling you get is the associates don’t want to be at work. When asking a question regarding which is your number one “trail” running shoe & the response is like you are stupid… “well I mean, can’t help you because that’s a vague question” might as well not have customer facing employees. You will get more feedback from a Kiosk if you want help. Believe the lady there that helped was Kathy. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable I would highly recommend going to the Boca store and asking for Ericka. She’s amazing, true pleasure to work with & represent REI well. This PGA store is awful.

  I went to the store, they didn't have the shoes in the stock,they offered to order I accepted. I paid, and I got an email that the order was canceled. Unbelievable and extremely ridiculous all the time spent for nothing and worse they didn't call. Almost 2hrs on the road for nothing.

  Bryan was so helpful! We came in looking at bikes and bike racks. He was so helpful and made us laugh. Honestly a great experience and we would come back here just to learn more from him.
