Every lesson he is able to help me understand the mechanics of the swing in a new way. I’m always impressed by how he can “fix” an issue I’ve been struggling with and help me understand why it’s happening. Every week I look forward to an engaging session and learning something I hadn’t known the previous week. The guys I play with every weekend keep remarking how much better my swing looks, the contact is much for solid and I’m hitting some great golf shots. - JJJohn JanssenJun 4, 20225.0The golf swing is difficult. There are so many aspects of it that must be correct. Our perception of what we are doing is often dramatically different than the reality. The technology at GOLFTEC allows you to quickly see what you’re doing, and then an overlay of a tour pro and what he is doing gives a clear distinction of the difference. Some others wrote how they lost the swing mechanics they previously had. The nature of the golf swing is we adapt our aim based upon our natural ball flight, usually a fade or a slice. If you’re desiring to build a technically correct golf swing, you can expect to enter a “realm of confusion” as you do. Even Tiger Woods and Jordon Spieth suffered as they rebuilt their swings. The golf swing requires a ton of practice to make natural a very unnatural movement. You’re gonna have to put in the time to practice. After each shot, watch the video of your swing. Improvement is incremental. I originally signed up for the 10 lessons. Then I bought another 10. I may need 10 more. But, the progress has been great. My game is much improved and far more enjoyable. If you aren’t going to practice, don’t spend the money. If you’re serious about improvement and you’re willing to practice 5 times for each lesson, you’ll see dramatic improvement. My instructor was Frank Mattei. Frank has an incredible eye that sees what you’re doing wrong, and then he fixes it. I highly recommend GOLFTEC for every level, beginner to accomplished.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Excuse after excuse and no one can give me a answer. I would never recommend this company for anything to anyone.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
