    Wow! The staff here will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase. I originally bought a Verve online in a size L frame. I spoke with Mike over the phone when it arrived, and we came to the conclusion that this bike was much too large for me. Even the medium was too big! He helped me pick out a new size, accessories, and then processed the return of the original bike I purchased. I had my 3 year old son with me and he was extremely patient and offered him a coloring book / crayons. I am so glad that I chose this store for purchasing a bike and will 100000000% recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike. Thank you Mike and team!
