  Our visit to AMF Bowling started off a bit frustrating due to some unexpected stipulations with a Groupon ticket we had purchased. Initially, we were pretty disappointed and unsure how the experience would turn out. However, that quickly changed thanks to the incredible service we received from the manager, Kayla. Kayla truly went above and beyond to turn things around. She took the time to listen, showed genuine understanding, and made sure every concern was handled with care and professionalism. Her effort and attitude completely shifted our experience from a rocky start to an enjoyable and memorable outing. On top of that, the entire staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. What could have been a negative experience turned into a fantastic one, and that speaks volumes about the team. We left feeling appreciated and happy, and we’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to Kayla and the staff for making our visit such a great one!

  Caden has been an absolute standout member of the team. It’s rare to find a worker who is so willing to jump into any role—whether he’s managing the front counter, handling heavy lifting behind the scenes, or keeping the energy high in the facility. He is incredibly proactive and doesn't wait to be told what to do; he just sees a need and fills it. His ability to balance technical tasks with great customer service makes him a versatile asset to the company. Caden's positive attitude is infectious, and he’s quickly become someone both the staff and customers can rely on. If you're looking for the definition of a "great worker," Caden is it.

  This is one of the best places in the area to go for fun, $17 for unlimited bowl on the weeknights is THE BEST! My friends and I come every Wednesday for the unlimited and the drinks! Staff is ALWAYS friendly, food is always fast and if there is ever an issue, it’s fixed ASAP with a friendly smile and we’re never left unsatisfied! :)

  Friendly staff. Great drinks, especially the Long Island Iced Tea, Great food. Alley sampler was real good. The tenders and buffalo wings were phenomenal
