  Service has went completely down hill. Staff has a continue attitude and seem to favor certain people. I called on 4/28/26 to ask if my bowlers could pre bowl on 4/29/26.. I was met with a No we were told we couldn’t do that. I have another bowler that is in fact Pre bowling on 4/29/26… which didn’t make sense to me why they were given the ok and my other bowlers were told no and that it “wasn’t allowed”. I would also like to add that a majority of the staff are severely lacking basic bowling knowledge. When bowlers need assistance like pins being reset it has to be broken down Barney style to the staff for them to then still get it wrong. Really disappointed in the down fall of what is as once a very thriving and welcoming environment. Do better

  I have consistently been visiting this bowling ally for 2 months. The staff is phenomenal and professional . Shout out to Harold the manager, Shree, Elijah, Paul, Eleanor and everyone else, they all have been nothing but fantastic and incredibly accommodating. Everyone is nice and caring which keeps me visiting and enjoying my time with my family. I recommend this place Its clean and enjoyable every single time

  Omg!! Harold @ bowlero west on 17th street .....u are amazing and u work sooooooo hard at ur job!!! My hunny and I do date nights there and I enjoy the customer service that everyone gives !!! We love coming...back to Harold....he is such a hard worker ....he takes care of his guest soooo well!!! He is so nice and care that his customers are doing good and enjoying themselves. Harold keep up the great work we love seeing u. Thank u for always helping us when We bowl. We love Harold!!!! During checkout ..the customer service was so amazing and everyone does there job with a smile. Ty Harold ❤️

  Went to spend a couple hours with the family, spent over $130 and got to bowl 3 frames on 2 different lanes. Both of which kept breaking down. The funnel cake fries we ordered with the chocolate dipping sauce was fantastic. It's a great place to bowl, but unfortunate that the lanes were in the shape they were in. Definitely give this place a go, and hopefully you'll have better luck. There's also an arcade, which the kids enjoyed.

  visited Bowlero West Ocala on Sunday around 5:15 PM to host a singles bowling event scheduled from 6–8 PM. As anyone who hosts events knows, turnout can vary, so I didn’t want to commit to paying hundreds upfront for reserved lanes. I’m also a veteran living on a fixed income, so putting down $400 without knowing who will show up just isn’t realistic. That said, we still ended up with a solid group — about 11 people bowling and a couple more just hanging out — so we definitely brought business. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the manager (Harold) was disappointing. The customer service came off as unwelcoming and dismissive. I understand policies, but when you’re bringing in a group, a little flexibility and professionalism goes a long way. On the positive side, there were definitely some standout employees. Tiffany (T-I-F-F-A-N-I) at the bar was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made the experience better. Noah, who I believe is also a manager, handled things the right way — when we had an issue with lane 26, he quickly stepped in and moved us to lane 27 without any problems. That’s the kind of service you expect. Eleonora was decent overall and improved as things went on. Another positive: they did get us on the lanes right around 6 PM, which helped keep the event on track. One thing that should be addressed is maintenance — a few of the lanes could use some attention, which impacted the overall experience. Overall, while some staff members were great, management-level customer service and lane maintenance both need improvement. I want to bring more events here, but experiences like this make that decision harder.
