The guy was business-like and respectful and quickly fixed my problem, which was all I wanted. He even did so at a reasonable rate. Maybe certain snowflakes expect hugs, lollipops, and balloons when they walk through the door. If you want your bike fixed, I highly recommend Louie’s Bicycles!
