  My wife and two friends rented bikes today for a ride around town and it was a great experience. The bikes can be adjusted to only assist when you want assistance and it really makes a difference. The people at the store are great and really helpful which made this an even better experience. Lastly the rental was really reasonable and I will certainly do this again.

  Pedego Electric Bikes are the real deal - and so are the owners of the New Smyrna Beach location, Miriam and Dan. They both treated me and my wife to some outstanding customer service! We were attracted to e-bikes because my wife needs a little peddle assistance due to some health issues. Both Miriam and Dan spent a lot of time with her, answering all my wife's questions and concerns. They were always respectful and helpful - never making my wife feel silly for her questions. Dan set-up a Platinum Boomerang for my wife, dialing-in the fit just perfectly. Then she was off on a test ride along the asphalt bike path conveniently located adjacent to their shop. Even though my wife's bike handling skills were a little rusty, before long she was really getting into the ease and convenience of the Pedego peddle-assist feature and even got comfortable using the throttle a time or two. It didn't take long for her to tell me "I want it", lol! Even though I never considered buying an e-bike for myself (my wife reminds me often that I already have too many bikes) I picked-up a Platinum Interceptor for myself so as not to be left in the dust! Besides, our friends already had a couple of Pedego bikes so now we're a "gang". While we ate lunch and knocked around NSB for a few hours, Miriam and Dan prepared our bikes, topped-off the batteries, installed some accessories we added and registered our stuff with Pedego. No muss, no fuss. All in all, a great buying experience with a brick and mortar shop that can service our new bikes and keep them in great condition. Why buy an e-bike online and then hope for the best? We highly recommend that you check-out New Smyrna Beach Pedego Electric Bikes. You'll be glad you did.

  This place was great! My friends and I got 4 bikes and took them to the beach (a short bike away) and had a great time they're easy to use and super fun, it was a blast! We also took them on a trail near by, the owners were helpful and pointed us in the right direction! Definitely wanna come back soon!
