- KFkellie Fukumura1 day ago5.0I had such a great experience with Runaway Rentals! From the start, the customer service was outstanding. On the first day, I noticed a slow leak in my tire, and Adam immediately offered to swap out the bike. Since it would take about an hour, he even offered to cover an Uber so I could get back to where I wanted to go—above and beyond service. Then on the second day, I ended up with a flat tire and called for help. He showed up within about 5 minutes and quickly switched out the bike without any hassle. Super kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. I would absolutely rent from Runaway Rentals again and highly recommend them to anyone!

I love that this company will bring the bikes to you and will pick them when the rental is over. Road side assistance is very quick to respond as well! I will definitely continue to use this company when in town!

- EMErika MilneMar 27, 20265.0So easy! Bikes are dropped off and picked up right at the condo. We stayed at Silver Shells and we road bikes down along scenic 98 every day we were there. Wide sidewalk to get down there too, so safe biking. Adam was fantastic! We’ll definitely rent from Runaway next time!
