  Comically terrible experience at Lucky Strike Miami. After bowling 20 minutes we got moved to a different lane without notice. Following that, staff charged our card later with completely wrong amount which was multiple times we owed. After a couple of calls we finally found a staff member who was able to calculate that it is not possible to play 8 games within 1 hour that we spent at this location and said that we will get the refund. Unfortunately, that still didn’t happen and it has been more than a month now. Would give 0 stars out of 5, as it is embarrassingly bad level of service, but minimum is 1 out of 5 unfortunately.

  Excellent arcade, but I think their bowling alley might need a bit of assistance. One of the bumpers in the middle lane was not available. I'm sure they can look into it. I recommend the mozzarella bites and cheese pizza over there. Next time I get the Bavarian pretzels!

  Muy bonito el lugar y todo pero solo que tuve un inconveniente con 2trabajaores llamado Jon y Ivon una mujer se nos lanzaron para arriba agredirme verbalmente y físicamente tuve que llamar a la policía y todo esa mujer llamada Ivon es una persona fuera de control y muy falta de respeto no tiene desencia ni carisma para trabajar en un lugar con niños agredió verbalmente a mi hijo

  Hola yo no puedo hablar nada bueno del lugar todo estaba bien en familia con mis hijos hasta que llegó una mujer pequeña con pelo corto llamada Ivon a tratarme mal faltarme el respeto por qué solamente mi hija estaba llorando una niña de 2 años y desirme que le posiera un bozal como una persona un trabajador de ese lugar me va a hacer eso a mi hijita de solo 2 años fatal con esa mujer y toda dispota con creencia de jefa del lugar

  Increíble lugar y la comida y bebida súper menos una mujer en el fronde llamada Ivón bajita de palado a lo macho muy mal trato y falta de respeto me ofendió y me dijo loco súper mal trato le aconsejo que si la ven ni la miren y arriba de todo es una asiste de manager que debería siempre de llevar la responsabilidad y trato al cliente en todos los momentos y le dieron la razón al trabajador y no al cliente
