Very uncomfortable and deceptive experience. The menu listed drinks at $12, and before ordering we even asked the waitress to confirm that price. She said yes. However, when the bill arrived each drink was actually $50. Apparently they charge $38 for the drink and another $12 for ice, something that is buried in fine print and not clearly explained when ordering. Our group ended up with a bill close to $700. What makes this even worse is that even though the menu is electronic, the waitress would not let us place the order through it and insisted on taking the order herself, so we never saw the real price breakdown beforehand. When we asked about the charges, the manager came to the table dismissive, accompanied by a security guard who stood there with his hand on his gun the entire time in a clearly intimidating way. If drinks cost $50, just put $50 on the menu. The lack of transparency and the intimidation when customers question the bill is completely unacceptable.

Misleading pricing and very unprofessional behavior. The menu listed the drink as $12, so before ordering I specifically asked the waitress if the price shown on the menu was indeed $12. She confirmed that it was. Based on that information, we ordered several drinks. However, when the bill arrived, each drink was charged at $50. What they fail to clearly disclose is that they charge $38 for the drink plus an additional $12 for ice. That information is buried in fine print and is not clearly presented on the menu, making the pricing extremely deceptive. What should have been a normal night out ended up with our table receiving a bill of about $700. To make things worse, even though the menu is electronic, the waitress never allowed us to place the order through the electronic system. All orders had to be placed directly with her, which meant we never saw the actual breakdown or real price of the drinks when ordering. When we questioned the charges, the manager was dismissive and rude instead of acknowledging that the menu presentation is misleading. The situation escalated further when the manager approached our table accompanied by a security guard in a threatening manner. The guard stood there with his hand on his gun the entire time, clearly attempting to intimidate us simply for asking about the bill. That kind of behavior toward customers asking a legitimate question is completely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable. If a drink costs $50, just put $50 on the menu. Plenty of places manage to be transparent and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, this place does neither. I strongly recommend going somewhere that values honesty and basic customer service instead of deceptive pricing and intimidation.

Misleading pricing. The menu listed the drink as $12, but the bill came out to $50. The extra charges are buried in the fine print, which makes the menu presentation very deceptive. This rode out bill to $700 When we questioned it, the manager was dismissive and rude instead of acknowledging the issue. If a drink costs $50, just put $50 on the menu. Plenty of places manage to be transparent — this isn’t one of them.

Extremely misleading pricing and terrible management. The alcohol menu conveniently leaves out the actual total price of the drink. What they don’t tell you is that they charge $38 for the drink plus an additional $12 for ice, which only becomes clear when the bill arrives. That’s not transparent pricing — it’s deceptive. When we asked about it, the manager was dismissive and rude instead of acknowledging that the menu presentation is clearly misleading. If you’re going to charge $50 for a drink, at least have the honesty to put the real price on the menu instead of hiding behind fine-print tricks. Plenty of places manage to serve drinks without playing games with the bill. I’d recommend going somewhere that respects its customers a little more.

Mateo was the best server! Not only did he have customers service to a tee, he was polite, prompt and knows how to make sure his guest have a great time. In a world where service has been so absent he showed up. Thanks to him, we will be back. 🔥
