  Service poor specially from the Bartenter. The tip I left at the bar was not good enough He came to my bowling table and returned it to me. What kind of entitlement is this? Fan to dry finger tips out of order. Screens to see score in zoom unable to see the entire board

  Comida pésima, recalentados, a todos nos produjo fuertes dolores en el estómago, compartiendo una mesa 8 personas que se partía en dos para dos grupos estábamos tan apiñados, los zapatos para bolear apestaban, muy mal lugar, los maniger sin cortesía cuando se les preguntaba algo

  Overall, it’s a great family bowling experience. I would recommend that you consider only playing music and not music videos. Unfortunately, many of the videos I saw tonight were completely inappropriate for kids. It’s very difficult to tell your kids to turn away from the giant screens when you are bowling directly into them. 5 stars on customer service, drinks, and food.

  I waited to make this review because I wanted to give these guys a real shot. Pros: - the bowling balls are great, and have two finger sizes on each one, which is cool! - the managers and staff clearly care. - on an off night, it is cool and chill. Cons: - the walk up to the actual lane is too short, making your lead-in awkward. - on a weekend, the service is extremely slow, we had to wait 30 minutes (an entire game) and I had to speak to the front before we even saw our server. - it gets HOT when the room is full. A good bowling alley should be cold, as you have a bunch of out of shape doing marginal physical activity. - it's in Dolphin Mall, so it is expensive. It's to be expected, but you're going to be paying $40 for a night of games for each person playing. - did I mention it's in Dolphin Mall? God. That place SUCKS. Unfortunate. - the phone number has 0 options to get you a human on the line. Do not pay for a reservation in advance as you CANNOT get a refund, it just is not happening. Verdict is that it is a fine bowling alley with good staff who are clearly overworked and doing their best. But when your competition is Sparez and Bird Bowl, you simply have to be doing better to get my business in the future.
