  Mike in the Trek store in Melbourne Florida is an amazing technician, super friendly and saved my day by adjusting my bike for me!! Excellent excellent help and I’m so appreciative of Mike and his knowledge! Thank You for being so helpful!

  They claim they do E bike repairs. Showed up with bike and after depleting the battery to get there they said they don’t. False advertising.

  I called several weeks earlier trying to see if I could get a tire repair on my bike, the person on the phone asked for my bike model and then told me to call back in a week, as there was high volume due to several shops closing in the area, I was very understanding and just put it on hold for the time, I called back 2 weeks later after they didn't pick up several times throughout the week and ignored voicemails I had left, finally someone picked up and told me I could bring it in, then when I got there they told me they don't service my type of bike and that they only told me to bring it to see if they could, next time check with customers on the phone before wasting weeks of time and more wear and tear than was needed.
