This man was not in it for a quick sale he was in it to make a lifetime customer. He showed me the Lava one they had in a M/L and then sold me on customizing ot with a different color to make it stand out. I have always been a basic color person. Black trucks, cars, golf carts, and even bikes up until now. Paul did a full build on this new Roscoe 8 almost before it even hit a trail. The bike is amazing and I’m so happy to be part of the Trek family. Thank you Paul and the guys over at Trek! I’m coming in to buy my son his Wahoo for Christmas today. You’re also going to build that one for me! Thank you guys!

The guys at the Trek store changed out my seat for no charge. I was overwhelmed by their kindness. After, I got back into my car, I realized I had a new expensive bike seat, I could no longer use. So,I went back in and gave it to them. We have to pay kindness forward.
