Just had a great experience at Lakewood National and now I’m super excited about purchasing at Calusa Country Club. Nate has been awesome to work with — professional, friendly, and really helpful throughout the whole process. The courses look amazing and the community is really turning into something beautiful. Can’t wait to move in and be part of it!

First time playing the course and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fairways were in fabulous condition! The ball would land in the fairway and roll out for another 40 - 50 yards most of the time. Plenty of water hazards and sand traps to keep things interesting. The course had some interesting elevation changes you don't typically find in south Florida. Since the course is new, there's still a lot of work being accomplished. Cart paths are pretty basic and in several places you drive the cart across undeveloped areas. In another 5 years you'll have to be a member to play so take advantage of the chance to play now

Just played yesterday for the first the first time.(8/18). 7am tee time. No mention(which they should have) that greens had just been airiated/oversanded and it was way under construction. You could actually see where they ran the blowers on the greens to try and get the sand off. Fairways had been done as well. No bathrooms on the course or water. Pro shop is in a trailer as is bathrooms. Parking is good as is the bag boys. A total construction area on the course and coming into the area to the course. At $70 its over priced considering how the course was. You drive thru pathways and areas that aren't marked not knowing where to go and almost need 4 wheel drive. I know the course will be great but wil take time. In my opinion they opened too soon with what you have to navigate/course conditions. There was a cart girl which was suprising and nice range. To many other courses to play for that those kind of fee's. Players beware so ask conditions as Online booking sites mention nothing about the course construction/conditions.

Slow, rock hard greens, no water, no food, no signage.
Rate was $73 for Sunday morning round, which is discounted for what they eventually plan to charge.
No ranger so the play was extremely slow. The course is setup to make it slow with lots of shots where players can go for it requiring to wait until the green is clear.
Greens are new. Maybe they'll get better, but right now they are concrete even after tons of rain.
Bring water if you want it. There aren't water jugs. Beverage cart came around twice. No food on it, only snacks.
Everything is under construction. Finding the next hike is a pain. No signage. Cart screens continued to freeze.
