  This is our favorite bowling alley! As a teacher, I’ve gone here twice and had the best experience with the best customer service. This bowling alley is actually farther from us because we are in Winter Haven, but it is worth the extra drive for us to go here because of how amazing it is. Last night they were so supportive and accommodating to support my academic team’s study session. They were so quick to respond to my group inquiry to allow my intense study academic group to study while having fun as they prepare for their championship finals but in a fun way! They went above and beyond what we were requesting. I love how invested they were in our little team and played a part in their education adventure! They even told us they genuinely want to know how the team does on Wednesday and is rooting for them to win! The kids were able to study their science concepts and economic terms and apply it to the bowling alley while studying their other term topics, too! As a teacher and coach, I LOVE when business care about the next generation and pouring into student’s education! I love when the community comes together and unites, and that is what this bowling alley does. Serena was amazing, friendly, and such a blessing. The general manager Justin wasn’t there in person, but he was part of approving the inquiry. He was at our last field trip, and he gave the best customer service I think I’ve ever received from a company! We HIGHLY recommend this bowling alley. It’s clean and run well, but more importantly they care about their customers and the service they provide! Thank you for being amazing and allowing our team to practice and make lifelong memories!

  Plenty of lanes open on a Monday night during league play. Plenty of house balls to choose from. Did not use arcade areas, but there are 2 separate areas for their arcade. Functional bathrooms, well stocked. Kinda disappointed with the bar, service was great, but not stocked at all. Couldn't get multiple drinks, even off their own drink menu, because they didn't have the ingredients. Kudos to the manager for helping me out, she was super friendly and hospitable. The girl at the counter was super sweet too. Good time was had by all.
