Writing this at the course because it really brought me down. Spent the money to play this course with our family member who is fighting cancer. We had a great experience with check in, and talked to a lovely and friendly man for awhile at the first hole at Palm. I don’t golf so I didn’t have “proper attire,” but I wore a long skirt with shorts underneath and closed shoes. Nobody said anything about it, and they focused on us having fun! We were moving at a great speed, also. Around the 5th hole, while separated from my father and sister, a man drove up to me and said “you’re not wearing proper golf attire.” I said “I know, I have shorts on underneath.” He said “they didn’t say anything to you?” I said “no?” He said “because they probably thought you weren’t playing.” I said “No, they made us rent 3 sets. They know I’m playing.” He scoffed, so I said “I apologize,” and he ignored me and drove away. I was having so much fun, but now I feel sad and uncomfortable and barely want to finish. Very unfortunate. Will not be back because of how unwelcome he made me feel.

Disney’s Palm Golf Course – Elevated Golf with a Touch of Magic
From the first tee to the final green, Disney’s Palm Golf Course delivers a pristine and rewarding round. The fairways are wide but demand accuracy, and the course makes great use of natural Florida terrain—water hazards, towering palms, and 59 sand bunkers that are as scenic as they are strategic.
The redesigned greens roll true and add just enough complexity to keep you thinking. It’s a par-72 championship-level layout, yet remains approachable for mid-handicappers who want a challenge without frustration.
Service is exactly what you’d expect from Disney: courteous, efficient, and friendly without being overbearing. Carts are clean and well-stocked, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The pace of play was excellent, even during a busy morning window.
If you’re looking to play a serious round without leaving the Disney bubble, Palm hits that sweet spot between resort relaxation and genuine golf. Easily one of the best public-access courses in Central Florida.

Drainage issues left standing water in most fairways. Beautiful course.

Decent course, HORRIBLE experience, worse GM, no resolution to my problems therefor I don't need to go back. Starter was rude, GM didn't care about the experience. Disney needs to step up their game.
Too many other courses in the area to play to go back to one I had a bad experience on multiple levels.
EDIT: In response to thier response.
We NEVER spoke on the phone.
I was NEVER told of a $15 cart fee, I was told (discounted member rate). When I supposedly already had a "refund" coming that I could only use for a future round of golf in 6 months or pro shop apparel. So It was my last day in Florida, and the "refund" was $36, so I would have had to spend another $36 to get a shirt when I was already fuming. Not a good play Disney.
