What a treat to play?!?! We got through 16 holes and played the last two in the dark but with enough vision to see that grumpies gauntlet is awesome!! I highly recommend do the entire putting course on the practice green as it’s a great prep for what on the course. Cart gps give distance to front edge, actual pin placement and back edge with precision. We played with a nice gentleman from Wales and as Canadians it was a truly international affair. The only complaint was that the hotdog from the cart was less than stellar. Can’t wait to get back.

The attitude from the cast members at the pro shop was honestly very disappointing. We asked a couple of simple questions, and their responses were indifferent, dismissive, and frankly rude. When you come to Disney, you expect a certain level of kindness and hospitality—that’s part of what makes the Disney experience special. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. We had just spent almost $900 in the shop and were planning to play a round afterward, but the way we were treated completely changed our minds. For a Disney property, that kind of attitude is really unacceptable. What made it even more disappointing is that we couldn’t help but feel the treatment might have been different because we were speaking in Spanish. Regardless of the reason, no guest should ever feel unwelcome at Disney — especially in a place known for its outstanding service.

We visited the golf course and requested a raincheck due to weather—something that’s understandable and part of the game. Unfortunately, what turned the experience sour was the lack of transparency around their raincheck policy. We had no idea we were booking a twilight round when making our reservation online. Apparently, their policy only guarantees 9 holes for twilight bookings, and that’s the basis they use to issue rainchecks. Yet, they still charge the full 18-hole green fee without clearly disclosing this upfront. Had we known this in advance, we would have made a different decision. It felt misleading and disappointing. Hidden policies like this take away from what should be an enjoyable day on the course. I guess that’s how business is done in “the happiest place on turf.”

I really enjoy their store and the quality golf items they carry. I wish to select a sweet, unique, and nice Disney golf ball marker. ⛳️
