It was my time stopped out there unable to move forward waiting at the key box for over 10 minutes to tee off with people breathing down our necks behind us with nowhere to go in front of us why do they overbook it? Beautiful course terrible Management Thanks, Keaton for trying to help. I’ll try it again next time when it’s not so crowded.

I highly recommend do the entire putting course on the practice green as it’s a great prep for what on the course. Cart gps give distance to front edge, actual pin placement and back edge with precision. We played with a nice gentleman from Wales and as Canadians it was a truly international affair. The only complaint was that the hotdog from the cart was less than stellar. Can’t wait to get back.

We asked a couple of simple questions, and their responses were indifferent, dismissive, and frankly rude. When you come to Disney, you expect a certain level of kindness and hospitality—that’s part of what makes the Disney experience special. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. We had just spent almost $900 in the shop and were planning to play a round afterward, but the way we were treated completely changed our minds. For a Disney property, that kind of attitude is really unacceptable. What made it even more disappointing is that we couldn’t help but feel the treatment might have been different because we were speaking in Spanish. Regardless of the reason, no guest should ever feel unwelcome at Disney — especially in a place known for its outstanding service.
