  The manager Alysha is SO rude and disrespectful to all guests and even her staff. She will make you stand at the counter for 10 whole minutes and not even acknowledge you. When I finally say excuse me she rolls her eyes and says she’s busy. Then she yells at staff in front of everyone and talks down to them, it’s no wonder they can’t keep anybody here. This is NOT customer service and how she got a management position is insane. I’ve been going to this bowling alley for years and been on leagues here. It was great when Tammy was the manager, she was so nice and had zero problems. The whole atmosphere has changed since this new manager came. I won’t be back to this location and will be going to Spanish springs from now on where Tammy is and where I feel welcomed by the staff

  I don’t think I can say enough good words about fiesta bowl I came here and actually bought a new bowling ball. The jackal actually gripped the lane. Incredible. The guy drilled the holes set the fingertips the same day. I already used it today for the first time the front desk, the young lady with a long curly hair was amazing. I have to say five stars all the way highly recommend for anyone that’s in the retiree or family or just a nice date during the day or evening.

  Clean facility. Lanes were nice to bowl on. They have pop up bumpers. When it was my nephews turn to bowl, who is special needs, they popped up for him then went down for the next bowler.

  Employees are extremely rude.after showing one of the employees a ticket I had on my phone he threw my phone like it was nothing on the counter. I kept my composure because I had kids with me. But he was making a lot of excuses for us not to bowl. I will say the young man that brings out the food was very nice. Everyone else is super rude.first and last time I go here

  Wow. We booked two lanes for a surprise birthday and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We chose the unlimited pizza and fries package, and it was absolutely delicious. Rebecca was so helpful when I called to book she walked me through the different package options and helped me choose what felt right for our group. She made the planning process easy and stress-free. Stephan/steven ( didn’t quite catch it well ), the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. And a special shoutout to Dennis behind the bar!!!!!! he was SO funny and added so much to the night. The owner of this establishment should be very proud of the team they’ve built. We truly couldn’t recommend this place more. We can’t wait to come back for regular bowling, but this celebration was such a special treat. Thank you to everyone who made our night unforgettable.
