  The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was hot and tasty. We will be back to eat and to bowl. Great place.

  The woman at the cash register, and the man at the shoe counter, were absolutely horrible to our family. Incredibly rude without any cause whatsoever. We will never return.

  I am so happy they were open on Christmas Eve! Brought my family of four up here and we had an absolute blast - our waitress was super nice and constantly checked on us! The facility is in great shape! We will be back!

  manager Alysha disrespects staff guests and is condescending. Made staff cry while we were present. When you ask for management's information she only provides hers and smirks in your face without any response. She does not care. Get her out of here and maybe you wont need to keep hiring new employees.

  Came here for a Sunday to enjoy some drinks and food. They had it open to public but all tvs turned to bears game because it was a bears event but mind you not rented out so we sat at the bar with a few other customers who didnt want to watch the bears and politely asked if one tv could be muted and turned to Patriots. I witnessed the conversation and the "manager" with long hair and glasses proceeded to shake her head and give the gentleman an attitude when he said he understood why it was hard to change tv because she didnt know what cable boxes connected where. This woman needs to be sat down and spoken to about how to work in the customer service industry. Unbelievably disrespectful when your shaking your head and raising your tone. Then come to find out other bears fans had the same complaint nearby about how rude she was and shouldn't be allowed to speak to people in that manner. Just because your paid hourly doesnt give you the right to speak to staff and guests rudely that depends on their customers tips to make a living. Sickening. The only thing that was beneficial to this visit was the gentleman Denis behind the bar. I asked for contact information for her manager and she gave me her card and stated she'd forward it to whose in charge which I knew was a lie to avoid any repercussions. I had to hunt down corporates contact information because she refused.
