The service was poor — staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when issues came up. We were given a strict two-hour time limit to play, which already felt rushed, but to make things worse, our lane broke down right in the middle of our game. Even after we told the staff, they took forever to respond and didn’t offer any real solution or compensation for the lost time. For what we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun or stress-free bowling experience.
