- BDBlair DeLaney6 days ago5.0I have goals of exercising if I am not walking, riding my bike or playing tennis. I came here to try it out. I also love Karate and martial arts. Our style is tae kwon do, but we also do boxing, kung fu forms, weapons. I did BJJ here also, but coach Cliff has his own dojo now. Master Ben is very good at instruction as well as our other other Sensei Master Williams. Master Ben is a weapons expert and Master Williams is our personal trainer if you will ,motivating us to do are exercise outside of class also. I enjoy coming to Underground fitness and self defense.

Master Ben & master Williams are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. Not only is he learning valuable self-defense and discipline, but his confidence and focus have improved so much.
