Manager Debbie was on her phone texting and didn’t acknowledge us for a good minute..we were literally the only ones in line. Then halfway through the game, my son’s ball became stuck. We asked for help. Waited for 15 minutes and no one came. By that point we wanted to go home. Was told I was going to receive a pass to come again, and when another manager came out, she rudely looked up and said, “you’re good, you can go.” No pass given. Nothing!!! I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes elsewhere. Horrible experience with my son. 0/10
