We were blown away by the level of service we received for reserving a lane! A table was saved with our name, we received VIP bracelets, had dedicated table service, free cookies, and a personalized thank you card with vouchers for a free game in the future. Chelsea at the front counter was spectacular. I can tell when people are faking customer service and Chelsea was very genuine! She walked over to our lane to see how our experience was and to thank us for coming. We had a lot of fun but the level of service is what will bring us back to this location. Thank you for the good times!

Everything was in there coming from my business that I do. I know declining lines is number one. I will say customer service number one nobody was unhappy they had candies ready for people who did reserve and the drinks in the food. Amazing I would have to say I would put this number one in the books is a great place and they also have multiple TVs for people to watch sports and more highly recommend.
