Great service and reasonable pricing. I have small wheel electric bike, the tire size makes it unlikely that it is carried in stock. It was ordered for me. I arranged to have it installed and on a conventional bike I would have no trouble installing it myself. This was the rear tire which requires the removal of the entire wheel assembly etc. which I did not want to attempt. They installed it for me and took their time tuning and adjusting the whole bike rear to front. Thanks to all of you for great service and reasonable pricing.

Furman is the MAN! TBI really came through in a big way to help me be able to finish the HuRaCaN 300 bike pack adventure race! Everyone in the shop was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. This is how a bike shop should operate!

We took my bike in for some maintenance today. We couldn’t access the stems to blow up the tires up, and the workers there tore my bike apart, fine-tuned it, fixed it, and wheeled it out to me with the tires filled and the stems fixed, and they didn’t charge me a penny.
We encountered three different workers while we were there and they were all so friendly and kind. They could’ve charged at least $25 and we wouldn’t have batted an eye. We were really touched by this kindness. What a great shop!

2 stars is the actual rating for moderate experienced bicyclist. Examples are snowbirds who thrived these businesses for decades around the nature coast and it's not to go unnoticed and not to mention Walmarts have gone to casual clothing and look at the colors, their contemporary. The area is challenged. When a bike is going to be repaired it undergoes a vigilance in which safety is most likely to be an overshoot. And a repair for your child that doesn't carry a TREK logo may have to go back to where you purchased it, and their is no looking back to TOYS R' US. BOTTOMLINE, ITS BUSINESS, CATERING IS ON A VERY SMALL SCALE. BUSINESS HOURS I BELIEVE IS ALSO MINIMIZED AS OF 2020. THESE CHANGES TO ME OCCURED AROUND 2018. JUST B4 THE PANDEMIC. I SAW THE AREA IN A WHOLE NEW SPOTLIGHT. EVEN U-HAUL MADE SOME CHANGES. ITS HARD FOR ME TO SKIP A BEAT. A JUMPIN JACK IS A CATCH. I WILL TELL YOU THIS....TREK INVERNESS IS WORTH A CALL FOR EXAMPLE: A FLAT TIRE AND ACCESSORIES. LIGHTING IS A MUST FOR NIGHT RIDERS. ALSO ANY KIND OF EMERGENCY KITS. THE FIRST ONE ON MY MIND IS AN ALAN WRENCH THEN AN EXTERNAL FLASHLIGHT.
