  One of the best shops in town! Great selection of bikes and fantastic customer service. Kim spent over an hour with me helping me pick out a good bike for my needs as well as offering test rides. Great pricing too. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you're on the market for a good ebike.

  Pedego bikes are awesome! Well made, comfortable, long lasting and with great company support after the purchase. I bought my first City Commuter in 2015 and now have nearly 5,000 miles on it without any problems. When it was time to get a second bike, I definitely wanted another Pedego. Kim at Pedego Electric Bikes Gainsville, FL was so generous with her time and knowledge regarding Pedego bicycles. Working with her team has been a great experience and I would encourage anyone interested in an e-bike to stop into their beautiful shop and let Kim and her staff help them find the right bike at the right price.   I own a bike shop in Moultrie Georgia and had a Pedego Avenue come in my shop. Since the bike is still under warranty I checked with the closest Pedego dealer which is the Gainesville store. They diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered and I got to meet Kim and her crew. They are great to work with and if you are in the market for a e-bike I highly recommend you check them out.

  I bought an electric trike online from Lectric for $1603.93. My disappointment grew when the trike arrived damaged and Lectric's support team, instead of offering a solution, referred me to their videos to fix the problem. Despite following the videos, I was not able to fix the trike due to the complexity of the damage. It would have cost me nearly $500 to send it back (shipping & restocking fees). I looked online for my nearest ebike store, Pedego Gainesville Florida. Kim helped book my appointment and Alvin repaired the trike and installed baskets and mirrors. Experiencing the excellent service at Pedego Gainesville Florida, I couldn't help but feel a sense of relief. I should have chosen their trike from the start. Don't make the same mistake I did. Buying online without good customer support is a risk you shouldn't take. I am thankful to have found a shop that cares. Thank you, Kim, Alvin and Pedego Gainesville Florida!
