Let us take it to a nearby parking lot for extensive test ride. Thorough explanation of everything and answered every question. Helped us sort through the right accessories. Bennett also helped and is a great technician. If you are in North Florida and want a bike, this is the store to go to! They won't push you into anything you don't want or need.

But most importantly, Rob was super helpful throughout the process and, since I had to drive from a couple hours away last minute, he stayed late after closing and spent over an hour ensuring I was completely equipped and set up. This was on Thanksgiving Eve, mind you. Not sure you could ask for a better overall experience. Took the bike out today and it was awesome! Thanks Rob and Trek Gainesville!
