I bought my first City Commuter in 2015 and now have nearly 5,000 miles on it without any problems. When it was time to get a second bike, I definitely wanted another Pedego. Kim at Pedego Electric Bikes Gainsville, FL was so generous with her time and knowledge regarding Pedego bicycles. Since the bike is still under warranty I checked with the closest Pedego dealer which is the Gainesville store. They diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered and I got to meet Kim and her crew. They are great to work with and if you are in the market for a e-bike I highly recommend you check them out.
