Our purchase decision was based on, among other things, our expectation that we would get great service on our bikes as we focused on maintaining them as they continued to age. The customer service has been outstanding …today my Element, which I have enjoyed riding for 3,000 miles stopped working around Fenway South (about 6 miles from my house and quite a distance from the Fort Myers shop). I called the store and thankfully Joanne answered and after trying to troubleshoot the situation telephonically she said she would come out to my location and pick up my bike and bring it to the shop for repair…she arrived shortly with a controller in hand and fixed my Element on the spot…while I have always had great service over the years from the Fort Myers shop Joanne went above and beyond to help out a stranded customer…great job, thank you and keep up the great work Pedego of Fort Myers…chris glancy

- MRMary Lou ReidOct 11, 20255.0My new Urtopia bike, purchased at Pedego in Downtown Ft. Myers, is amazingly light at 36 pounds as opposed to any other ebike on the market. Actually I own another ebike -different brand- which at 50 pounds was the lightest bike I could find. There is a huge difference. The Urtopia feels light and nimble...so much easier to me to handle. I can actually lift it by myself to put on my car bike rack. The employees, Joanne and the mechanic were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I learned all the cool features of my wonderful, new Ebike!

The service and instructions on the use of there Electric bikes went beyond expectations, my wife and I were staying at a local hotel were they picked us up and dropped us off after we were done using there bikes, then I left my phone in the car and GLADLY came back and dropped it off.They have given us a new perception of small business owners and they wouldn't take a tip !! Rent their Electric Bikes.....alot of fun !!
