  Central Rock is phenomenal! The staff is super attentive and happy to help, and the facility is well equipped! The yoga room is spacious and quiet and their gym space has a variety of weights, machines, and equipment to work with so you can hit just about any workout you need. Then there's the climbs! The setting is top notch and updates frequently! It's a nice spread of difficulties and styles so there's a project for anyone! It can get pretty busy in the evenings, and it's great to see such a large climbing community!

  Amazing rock climbing gym! I did the $9 intro class and fell in love. Signed up immediately, took the top rope class, and am now certified! The employees are all so friendly and helpful, the gym is very clean and taken care of. They rotate new courses in and offer yoga and ping pong. Absolutely love this gym! Shoutout to Luisa for being an amazing instructor for the top rope course! 🤙

  I'd been waiting for this place to open and when it finally did I joined right away. Great facilities. They offer top rope, bouldering, lead, weight room, cardio equipment, and also classes and Yoga. This place is my 2nd home and a great way to de-stress and get a good workout in. The staff is friendly and top notch from the Manager Ben to the rest of the staff. Everybody is awesome!! Big shout out to Jonah, Dale, Kim, Annie, Emerson, Sawyer and the rest of the staff I've missed. Friendly and always helpful. I've made a lot of friends here and definitely recommend the gym you can't go wrong if you're looking to get into climbing.

  Finally a proper climbing gym In The heart of SWFL. Great staff, plenty of space, good distribution of bouldering and rope climbing and an awesome everything thing you need weight room for training days. If you’re just getting into climbing or been doing it for years it’s a climbing to gym to be at. I will say though it does get hot in the bouldering area when there’s a lot of people even when the AC is running. So hopefully they can put out some fans or get better air circulation for the bouldering area.

  This climbing gym is easily my favorite in Florida and I've climbed most of them. The bouldering areas are great, the rope walls are high enough to be fun, but not so high they're boring. Right in the Goldilocks zone. The routes are changed often and the route setters do a phenomenal job of putting up fun routes for every difficulty level. They keep everything super clean, and ensure rope climbers know what they're doing before letting them belay. The only complaint I have about this location is the overwhelming number of clueless visitors who turn their feral offspring loose without teaching them any concept of climbing etiquette or how dangerous fall zones are. You WILL come close to falling on someone at this location so it helps to bring a spotter. Not to catch you, but to stop dingleberries from lurking underneath you or climbing on top of you. Other than that, this place is amazing! If you've never climbed at a gym before, one tip will ensure everyone has fun: CONTROL YOUR KIDS AND LEARN HOW TO SHARE THE WALL!!!
