I purchased a 3 month unlimited program and they would charge $20 for no shows. Really? That makes zero sense. Staff blames it on corporate when it's a franchise. Their phones don't work for a while and they're aware of it which is equally crazy. They've recently offered a credit to my account but not my credit card. We've notified them of our non-renewal as I will not support a business that is so tone deaf to their own policies. Very disappointed.

The energy in the room is unreal, the trainers actually push you, and the mix of boxing and strength keeps every class feeling fresh. You leave exhausted and feeling like a pro every single time.
