This was our first experience riding e-bikes and it could not have gone any better! We booked the tour for Sunday and our tour guide was Amy. When the 7 of us us arrived, 3 adults and 4 kids ages 14, 11, 9 and 1 1/2, Eric had all the bikes and baby seat ready and set outside for our arrival. Amy arrived, walked us thought how the bikes worked and we were on our way! She took us some amazing areas and allowed us to stop at the Omni for a snack. What I really loved about Pedego is that they had a small big tire bike for the 11, the tag along for the 9 and baby seat! We all had a great time and made memories and isn’t that what’s life about? Thank you Eric and Amy!

There were 4 of us that took the tour around the island. We had the best time! Jay was great. But it can be a little strenuous if you are pedaling. We all took advantage of the electric throttle! Saw some great sites like America Beach and the old bridge and road some great bike paths. Only two road crossings, so minimal stress with traffic. Recommend wholeheartedly!

This is definitely something you want to do while you’re in Amelia Island. The tour guide Amy was awesome, She told us what was going on on the island and the history. She was a very enjoyable person. The bike ride was awesome. Pedego Should give her a commission because I’m definitely gonna get one of these bikes. I can’t say enough, good things about her and the businessShe

Great customer service. Rented multi bikes multi times. The 1st time a storm came in about 15 minutes into the ride. They called an asked if they needed to come and pick us up. We made it back fine. Talk about going above and beyond. They can't control the weather but they are willing to do what every takes to make it right. We ended up renting more bikes multi times doing our stay on the Island. Looking for to our next trip down.
