- JFJeremiah FierroDec 12, 20251.0This shop was a complete disaster from start to finish. We paid over $2,000 for repairs and got our golf cart back in worse shape — flat tires, parts still on it, and not even working. When we questioned it, the owner demanded payment before letting us leave with our own cart, and we had to involve the authorities just to get it back. Then he tried to tack on another $1,500 in “storage fees” that were never mentioned at any point. The behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and totally unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: do not trust your equipment or your money here. We will be filing a complaint with FDACS so this situation can be reviewed. Stay far away from this shop — you’ll waste time, money, and patience dealing with someone who does not treat customers honestly or respectfully.

I have repair small engines since I was a kid . 64 now . Maybe Electric carts are more finicky and need OEM . they had the solenoid I needed for my gas clib car . Online it was $21.57 and there eas $76 . 3 times the cost . I will have it before christmas

- RRRomanJan 15, 20251.0Was lied to from the delivery driver about them checking the battery fluids upon returning my wife's golf cart. Not only did they not do all the requested repairs,such as replace the brakes or replace the broken shock absorber(which the driver said we didn't even need)(then why did the manufacturer install them) but, the motor sounds horrible which my wife is afraid to drive the cart, they jury rigged one of the batteries which has to be replaced( confirmed by an authorized Club Clart service center when I showed them the picture). And they charged my wife almost 100.00 for not paying in cash. Now waiting to have the cart picked up by the dealership/ service center to get the remaining requested repairs done( and any other repairs that should have been inspected, made us aware of, and corrected). After those are completed, I will get with my attourney to find out what legal recourse is available.

They’ve held our cart hostage for over a year now and will not do any negotiation what so ever!!! 20 hours at a hundred dollars an hour to mount a winch!! What a joke! Take your business else where! I’ve called and haven’t had my call returned to try to work this out. We shook hands on 1500 out the door. I expected to pay more adding the winch install but your labors three times the price of the winch was! Insane! The golf cart isn’t worth 8k!
