  ⸻ Arriving at the location, the front desk staff was very helpful and informative, which gave us a good first impression. Unfortunately, our experience with the trainer, Alex, was completely different. From the moment we walked in, we made it clear that we were beginners. We struggled a bit with the boxing wraps since it was our first time ever doing this, and instead of offering guidance or patience, Alex appeared visibly annoyed. Because we were taking a little extra time with the gloves and wraps, he actually started the class without us. Keep in mind, this was a very small class of only three people. The fact that he couldn’t wait a moment or provide basic assistance really killed the whole experience. Imagine driving 45 minutes for a boxing class, only to have the instructor barely help you put on gloves and wraps and then begin the class without you. As the class was going, he kept on saying oh because we took so much time putting the wraps the workout is shorter Which is very triggering This completely ruined the experience for us. Because of this trainer, I will not be returning to this location.

  This Rumble location is AMAZING! Each workout spot is super spacious, which is great because other locations are really crammed. They have great merch and, best of all, top-notch customer service. Luis and team make you feel like part of the Rumble fam from the get-go! 🥊🙌🥊
