  These guys were amazing I walked in while they were busy and they fixed my kids bike and sold me some parts cheaper than I could find them online great people very knowledgeable couldn't recommend them enough for bicycles

  Had them recall a frame. When dropping it off, one of the guys who I think was the manager, gave me a lot of pushback trying to convince me that cannondale wont do the recall, that I would be charged a lot for labor, etc. etc. and this all happened on a Saturday. He then tells me he will try to do the process on Monday although he was certain it would be denied by cannondale. So on Tuesday I reached out, trying to get info on it and apparently the manager Ryan is the only guy who knows anything about any recalls. So naturally, I ask to speak to him. He is somehow always in a meeting (at a bike shop?) and never available. I know this because throughout the week I called 5 more times to talk to him and he is either in a meeting, or not available. Eventually the recall process went through, which I knew would because I talked to Cannondale myself, and everything worked out in the end. All in all, their manager I dealt with (who I think WAS Ryan) when dropping the bike off was just some arrogant guy who just made the experience terrible and I was in the dark the entire time. Would've much rather just went to orlando to any other cannondale shop if I knew this would be how they do business at JC’s.

  I would absolutely recommend paying a visit to JC’s Bikes & Boards.The customer service we received was very good.The bike that my Husband purchased he was very satisfied.The things that were done to the bike I brought in was very good.I will definitely continue to come here.

Walking through their door feels like stepping into the kind of old‑school bike shop you thought didn’t exist anymore. The kind where the bell on the door rings, someone looks up from a truing stand, and you’re greeted like family, not a transaction. They know what their doing, Not YouTube‑certified, not “I worked at a big-box store for a summer”—I mean real, seasoned, grease-under-the-nails, can-diagnose-your-problem-by-sound kind of mechanics. They don’t just fix bikes; they understand them. They take the time to explain what’s going on, what matters, and what doesn’t, and they do it without ego or upselling. Every visit feels like hanging out with people who genuinely ride and are not just shop monkeys.

  Excellent laid back shop that still works miracles. So I bought a used recumbent trike not realizing there was an issue with the internal gears. As it is a TerraTrike and they are a dealer for Terratrike I decided to see if they could help. Sadly the internal gears on this trike are discontinued, but the manager went to work with his magic and found the needed piece in AZ. Trike is now working and was charged very fairly for the work. This shop reminds me of how shops used to be, laid back friendly and fair! Highly recommend them!
