  No server, no one came to clean the table, we did it ourselves, ordered online, burger and nachos came and 15 min later still no soda, no napkins, when the food was delivered they asked what was our drinks, second time here, first time was good, but I’m no coming back again, this is a disaster, so sad cause place and food are good.

  We always come to this bowling center with a big group, and it’s consistently an amazing experience 🎳 The service is top-notch — staff is friendly, attentive, and everything is well organized even when we come as a large company. The atmosphere is fun and lively, perfect for spending time with friends. The lanes and equipment are always in great condition, and the games run smoothly without any issues. You can really relax and enjoy the time without worrying about anything. We keep coming back again and again — highly recommend this place for a fun night out with friends!

  We were there for a large party with 5 lanes in use. the server Angie was great. Pizza, Wings, sliders, fries for the buffet and drinks were fast. Great location

  Went here for a date night we spent more time chasing down the waitress than actually bowling and eating. 2 waters took 30 minutes the food took almost an hour and receiving the bill took 30 minutes. The lanes aren’t regular size and are bone dry. As well as the prices for some of the items are ridiculous. If you want to go Bowling go to an actual bowling alley.

  Beautiful atmosphere, great place for families , great locations . However i will have to say i will not be giving this location 5 stars due to the customer service i experienced . The young man in the front who checks you in was extremely rude . Wasn’t making any eye contact with my mom as she was trying to talk to him/ask questions and was super dismissive . The woman beside him in the front was nice also but as i waited in line to be checked out someone else cut me off to exchange their cash up with her for whatever reason . Another ex of where we felt dismissed . Instead of telling the young lady to wait since i had been on line waiting first she told me to wait and i found it rude . Then we waited over an hour for our food to come and when i asked for an update on the food the waitress told us “we’ll make you a new order because the last order was brought to the wrong table” . Overall the time we had there was fun but being that this is a new location they have a loottttt to work on customer service / staff wise for how much money is being spent in that bowling alley .
