However, the chicken fingers that were served and not replaced or refunded were dry and burnt. Be on the look out if you are booking a group package.

I went the next day and they had my jacket nice and save. Really appreciate the staff on (Dec. 17th & 18th 2025) for not throwing it. The food is great as well!

Then while waiting patiently enjoying our PAID for drinks one person in the party walked up with an outside cup and the manager(Dominico) told us we had to leave! It was very disrespectful and embarrassing especially seeing that I saw several people with outside food and drinks and the gentleman in our party had just walked up! Will definitely NEVER return! Was NEVER my suggestion anyways! Strike 10 is way better (headed there now)!!!!!!

By the way she was working alone with no help at the front. I was very surprised how patient she was. I have to say that I usually don’t do reviews, but this company needs a manager like her in the past, I had a horrible experience, especially with the managers from there, but this time my experience was different thank you Dayanara for helping me and my kids
