My wife has a food allergy, which can make dining out—especially at smaller establishments—challenging due to limited equipment, processes, and experience. After speaking with Tim Livesay (General Manager) and Preston Koller (Operations Supervisor), both immediately stepped in and went above and beyond. They didn’t just help with accommodations—they ensured special care was taken with food and beverages, addressing allergy concerns thoughtfully and professionally. Their attention to detail made our bowling experience not only safe, but genuinely fun and enjoyable. When we go out, I’m usually focused on concerns like cross-contamination and limited food options. Tim and Preston eliminated that stress entirely. They listened carefully, offered clear options, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this Bowlero location based on the outstanding customer service provided by these two gentlemen. We will absolutely be back for more bowling, great food, and fun.
