I was incredibly disappointed with my experience today. My fiancé initially called to help schedule a lesson for me, and the staff member who answered the phone was perfectly pleasant. He took down my name and number, scheduled the appointment, and informed us that an instructor would be calling shortly. Everything up to that point was smooth and professional.
However, the moment the instructor—who introduced himself as Nick—got involved, the experience took a sharp turn. Despite being given my contact information, he mistakenly called my fiancé and immediately spoke in an unnecessarily nasty and confrontational tone, asking, “What’s going on here? I’m confused.” This was due to his own error, yet he addressed us as if we had done something wrong.
What followed was even more unacceptable. He proceeded to question whether I was “even serious about learning” and whether I was “serious about the game.” These comments were not only unprofessional, but came across as blatantly sexist and frankly piggish.
My fiancé ultimately canceled the appointment to spare me from dealing with this behavior in person—but no customer should have to experience this. If this is how this “professional” speaks to and about women, I’d hate to imagine how he treats female students he interacts with regularly.

Been taking lessons from Jack for about a year. Noticeable difference in my swing, contact and more importantly consistency.
Probably cut 5 -7 shots off my score average wise, and am far more confident on the course.

I met my instructor Jack Kade last year at Golftec at Clearwater.
I chose the comprehensive package as my golf game needed a lot of help. Jack was very pleasant and courteous. He did point out several problems with my golf game and tried to help me. Every lesson that we took, he made different recommendations and some of them were difficult to perform and made my game worse. The goal was to increase my distance by least another 20 to 50 yards and improve my short game. The package included a round of golf at one of the golf courses they had an agreement with. The package also included measuring and adjusting my clubs and making recommendations
I was able to correct some of my mistakes, but unfortunately, even after completing the lessons, my distance did not improve. We worked on my short game for a few lessons, and this did seem to help my chipping. We practiced putting once at the facility but did not practice any sand shots. When I asked when we were going for the round of golf, he informed me that I had run out of lessons which really disappointed me. We set up a date for adjusting the club length, etc., but it was just trying out different companies to see which of them I would choose. I did not buy any clubs. There was a significant lack of lessons for sand game and putting.
He knew the problem was my not using my body and made several recommendations. But at the end there was minimal improvement.
I think charging over $2K for this package, which really did not cover the some of the short game was very disappointing. Skipping a round of golf despite it being part of the package is another problem that should not have happened.

Had an iron fitting with Jack, he was great.
Currently taking lesson with James. He’s an excellent coach, he’s been patient with me breaking old bad swing habits, ha! The technology in the bays makes understanding where your swing can improve easy. Definitely recommend.
