  Awesome experiences for my teen kids, great service. the customer service knew sign language which was a bonus for us as we're deaf.. Thanks again for serving us awesome experience.

  If you would like to a have a pleasant jet ski experience DONT COME HERE, these people are rude, they are rushing you and speaking with lots of attitude, if you don’t want to run a business then close down. Very disrespectful to me and my sister, she’s coming as a tourist to America and instead of explaining things before hand they simply wouldn’t let her on because she doesn’t speak English, even though I was the one who was going to be driving, and I was raised in America so I do fully speak English, she understood everything that the guy was saying but they refused either way. And we came at 4pm and according to their website they close at 7pm and they did not want to attend us, very rude and racist people if you don’t want to receive customers then don’t open this establishment.

  I booked with this company and boy they did not disappoint. First, Alexandra was awesome at the stand and made us feel comfortable because it had been a decade since we've been on jetskis. Second, Tristan and Tony were amazing guides who made sure to match what the group needed. I'm more confident on the jetski so Tristan was able to make it a fun experience. My younger sister was tentative driving it and hung back with Tony. It was nice to be able to have accommodations for all the personalities along for the ride. When we spotted dolphins, Tristan made sure to make my older sister, who is the bride, feel special and get as close as we could to them. We were also able to have some free time to mess around and take photos. To top it off, compared to other companies in the area, this the biggest bang for your buck. P.S. Tristan takes some amazing photos/videos so definitely make sure you get that as well!

  This is a review for the person working at the stand. My husband and I were in line for the dolphin boat next to this stand. The employee spoke with a customer on the phone rudely. After speaking with them he called someone else and cussed constant calling the customers vulgar names. Definitely would not recommend unless you want someone to say horrible things behind your back!!
