When my cart was returned, I was missing two cup holders. The ride on the trailer to and from must have blown them away because I didn’t have them siliconed down. I called Hidden Creek and they were more than happy to give me two new cup holders. The cup holders were hand delivered to my door by Shawn who is a long time employee. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff. I would highly recommend Hidden Creek Golf Carts for all your golf cart needs.
