When my cart was returned, I was missing two cup holders. The ride on the trailer to and from must have blown them away because I didn’t have them siliconed down. I called Hidden Creek and they were more than happy to give me two new cup holders. The cup holders were hand delivered to my door by Shawn who is a long time employee. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff. I would highly recommend Hidden Creek Golf Carts for all your golf cart needs.

The delivery guy, Mohawk Mike, was very professional and helpful. On a subsequent stop, Mike went out of his way to help us out and gave us several practical tips. We highly recommend that you include Hidden Creek on your golf cart shopping trip.
