Our server Luana was such a sweetheart and would come over often to check if we needed refills on our drinks and snacks. She really went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special. We will be coming back here again!

Which I understand they cannot control. The one star is because there is literally 14 lanes not in use. Why if there are more than 5 people waiting to bowl would you leave 14 lanes out of use? Smh not very nice. Only half of the place is being used?!?!?

Change the name and you want to charge Crack prices? 🤦🏽♂️. $200+ for 6 people food and drinks. This is not a good enough spot to be charging these kinds prices Pick a theme, either you cater to children or adults and if its both, treat it like dave and buster so the food or drinks are better for the adults cause kids wont care as long as there's pizza or soda. May not come again.

The ground is so sticky and nasty.. so bad to the point where the shoes will not slide when throwing the ball.. it hurt my knee and all of my leg! And then there is the staff… while they are nice! They do not tend to you as servers . Our server came up to us 2 times for the 3-4 hours we were there and did not do her job efficiently or effectively.. thumbs down 👎🏻 from me… find another spot !

We were told one price before we bowled and then when it was time to check out, we were giving a completely different much higher price. So just imagine our sticker shock when we received the final bill. When we asked for a manager hoping they would apologize for the employee mistake and honor the price we instead received a attitude. She made it seem as if we made it up and that definitely wasn't the price. How would we know it was the wrong price if we have never been there before? Why would we just make up a random price. We're all grown adults We make good money. We don't need to go around bowling allies making up prices. When you're bowling it's per person per game so if we knew the correct price we probably wouldn't have played so many games. There was no apology no nothing. We ended up just paying and had to calmly explain to the horrible manager that there was some miscommunication somewhere. Won't be back again. We will go to the bowling alley in Minzer Park instead. They are very clear about their prices and much better customer service.. They need to properly train their employees and maybe not everyone should be a manager.
