  We came here to celebrate my birthday, and we won't be back. My card has been double charged, I have called to inquire and just given the run around. I would love a manager to reach out, and explain to me why my money has been stolen. I arrived not knowing how many people would be coming, or amount of games we would play. The gentleman told me they would pre-authorize the card for just the shoe charges, and then at the very end after games were played they would total those games up and we could pay however we wanted-that the original charge would fall off. Shoes were $6 per, games were $11 per for the evening. They pre-authorized my card for 10 shoes, equalling with tax 64.42. We then added on 4 more shoes, and played 27 games total. At the very end when we went to pay, we were told the bill was just under $400 and it was supposed to be for the 14 shoes + 27 games. I gave the gentleman a $150 bowlero GC, and we split the remaining on 3 debit cards. Going back to check my bank account, the original hold of 64.42 posted to my account, as well as the second charge..when only 1 was supposed to clear, the second and final charge. Sketchy activity and ruined my birthday. I told the gentleman we were all paying separately at the beginning, and he told me I HAD to hold the total of shoes we needed (even though there were only 5 of us there currently that I was specifically paying for) and it would be no problem that it was just a hold, and at the end we could split accordingly and that original hold would disappear. Then once we go to pay, I gave him the $150 to take off everyone's total before we split and then we were told..sorry I can't split it unless it's equal amounts..which we would've paid separately like I told him if we had known they couldn't split up the bills accordingly. They don't seem to know what they're doing, and the only person who got screwed is ME.

  Visited Bowlero recently with friends and kids. The atmosphere is lively, and the kids had a great time. Our server was friendly, but service was quite slow. The place could definitely be cleaner and better maintained, especially the restrooms, which were not great. Bonus: During Christmas and New Year’s week they had a great arcade deal—$12 for one hour of unlimited play. Overall, a fun spot for kids, but improvements in cleanliness and service would make the experience better.

  Every Tuesday and Sundays from 11am to 4pm its unlimited arcades and bowling for one price. Definitely worth the money. Spacious, friendly staff, and bathrooms are clean. Food a bit pricey but it taste OK. Definitely a fun place to have a hangout with some fun
