The Tech told me what the issue was, proceeded to recommend a package service. I agreed, left my bike and came back after being notified it was finished. The Bike looked great, very clean but, they did not attend to the original reasoning I brought the bike in. After riding the bike around the lot once, I brought it back inside and explained the dilemma. They took it into the back and within a few minutes the problem was fixed. I just wish it would have been noted better why the bike was in the shop in the first place and not just wiped down and made to look pretty for $100.
