The food arrived approximately 25 minutes after the order was placed when it arrived it was cold and it was not that busy at the time of our bowling. The bottle of water that I paid for did not arrive with our food and when I asked where it was, the server/lane attendant responded with it wasn't on the receipt. To me that is not an appropriate response in a business establishment and felt accusatory that I did not pay for it when I in fact did. The high price tag for mediocre service and food is disappointing to say the least.

I would say the food is great and the people at the front are very friendly. My father and I addressed our concern to what appeared to be the owner but he was very sarcastic and condescending. The last few lanes from 49 -52 are too slippery. The approach should never be slippery like it is . 2 1/2 feet before the foul line is very slippery. Someone may fall and get hurt . The two parties near me came in later and were also complaining but I don’t know if they eventually informed the staff. I hope he can let go his sarcasm and take this part seriously. I understand this happens and it takes weeks before it is not as slippery but don’t forget that the corners are not used as much
