- PPPaige4 days ago5.0The repair shop is helpful and patiently explains everything that needs to be done, which I appreciate, because I do not know how to make technical repairs myself and am not well-versed in all of the parts of my e-bike. I also really like that the repair shop answers my questions and gives multiple solutions to issues to work with a customer’s budget. Best to call ahead to ask about the shop’s availability for bigger issues and tune-ups but I’ve also been helped day of with a flat tire before. The retail side of the store is also very helpful with finding gear within my budget and for my riding needs. Great customer service!

They take the time to explain what’s needed (and what’s not), and you can really tell they care about their customers and their bikes. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great service, expertise, and genuine integrity — but this one does. Highly recommend!
