  I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred this afternoon (dated April 09, 2026, time: 3:35PM to 3:45PM) at space#9 at East Potomac, Hains Point, DC. While I was driving with my family (spouse & children), a golf ball struck my vehicle and completely shattered the front windshield. This created a dangerous situation, and my family was extremely frightened. I was particularly concerned to observe that there appears to be no protective netting, fencing or adequate safety measures in the area. An incident like this could have resulted in far more serious consequences like fatal injuries and death if a person had been directly impacted. The police responded to the scene and documented the incident with photographs, notes and recorded the scene. Given the safety implications and the extent of the damage, I request that you advise on your insurance or claims process so this matter can be addressed promptly. I want to proceed for legal action against this incident if proper action is not done. Please let me know the next steps at your earliest convenience and please reply to this email confirming you have received it. Please see attached document and photos of the incident. PUBLIC SAFETY VIOLATED!

  I booked golf lessons here as a birthday gift for my husband, and unfortunately the experience got off to a really disappointing start. He arrived about 15 minutes early for his scheduled session, but the instructor never showed up. While waiting, he tried calling the main number multiple times (three attempts) and couldn’t get through to anyone. After waiting around 40 minutes with no communication, he ended up leaving. Only after he left did someone from the administration call to apologize on behalf of the instructor. On top of that, there were no clear instructions ahead of time about where to go, who to check in with, or how the lesson process works. For someone new to golf—especially someone taking lessons for the first time—that lack of guidance makes the experience feel confusing and not very welcoming. Overall, it’s just not the kind of first impression you’d hope for, especially when it’s meant to be a thoughtful gift. Hopefully this is something they improve, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re considering booking lessons here.

  Played the blue course on 2 April 2026. The course has several areas to practice short game with a double decker full size golf range with trackman. It seems to be turf only. As for the course, I was hoping for better conditions. Tee boxes fuzzy and hadn't been cut for days, fairways cut but patchy, and the greens had sand all over them. I don't knock the course for punching the greens, but there was no warning that the greens had been punched recently. I didn't get any bunker shots in but they seem to be in good shape, not sure if they had enough sand in them though. The course is very flat and a good course to walk without straining. It is pretty basic as far as the layout with most holes just being a straight shot. Not bad for the price but I expected better conditions. Might I add, the customer service was not that great. Only recommend if you have nowhere else to play.

  It's cheap and has great practice facilities. The drinking range is huge and has teackman devices in each stall. There are three practice holes which are often available.
