At Villari's Martial Arts Centers, our professional martial arts instructors help develop self-confidence, self-esteem, and respect for students of all ages and abilities. Whether we’re helping your child develop coordination and self-discipline or helping you manage your health and relieve stress, Villari’s opens our arms to students of all skill levels! We use our Shaolin Kempo Karate system to incorporate mind, body, and spirit as we strengthen students. Villari’s believes that effective self-defense requires not only good physical technique, but confidence as well. That’s why we use positive reinforcement techniques and goal setting to help our students develop a strong self-image. Our classes are grouped based on age and ability with varied focuses at all levels. Students as young as three years old are taught coordination and discipline by professional martial arts instructors while adult group classes concentrate on physical fitness in a positive and fun atmosphere! Whatever your age or skill level, Villari’s Martial Arts Centers can help you master good health and confidence!

    My family and myself have had such an incredible experience at the West Hartford studio. Mr. Gray and Mr. Donado are talented instructors that keep classes fun while demanding respect, self control and self discipline. It has had a positive impact on my son and myself. I would suggest anyone of any age who might be interested to definitely come in and try a class.

    We’ve had a wonderful experience at Villaris. Mr. Donato and Mr. Gray are both exceptional instructors. They create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment that helps kids build confidence, respect, and strong foundational skills. My son looks forward to every class and has shown noticeable improvement not just in karate, but also in focus and self-discipline at home and school. Mr. Donato and Mr. Gray do a great job balancing structure with fun, making learning engaging for the kids. I highly recommend this program to parents looking for a supportive and well-run martial arts class.

    Villari’s West Hartford is a wonderful karate school. The instructors are kind and patient and make learning martial arts fun. They do a great job of mixing exercise, fun, and martial arts techniques all while teaching students important values such as respect, discipline, and self-control. Definitely consider Villari’s if you and/or your children are interested in karate!
