Waited 10 minutes to realize that unless I was in the right area, I wouldn't receive any help. After I moved, a rep came and requested someone else to help me; even after being told someone was coming to help eventually, no one showed up, and 10 more minutes later I decided that if I needed to buy a backpack and get info on bags, REI clearly isn't the place to do it unless you are willing to stalk the customer service reps around the store. Maybe I'll just go on Amazon instead; makes me regret having a membership
