We booked 12:00pm to 1:30pm where the doors were open at 12:09pm, the facility was clean and the lanes were nice, there were several issues that affected our celebration: Long wait times for party hosts/lanes beyond the promised schedule, there was supposed to be a party planner present no one actually approached us, pins didnt work (drop after the first strike) most of the time & there was no one to come check, help or guide, this party didn’t meet our expectations for a kids’ event. We hope they can improve their birthday party coordination.

In addition, when coming here with a group of friends I was very frustrated to be denied service for a drink because my license is from out of state. I’m not sure why that should matter. Worried about fakes? Take a second to actually analyze and scan the ID and you can see that it’s real. I suggest that whoever made this rule rethink it, as this is a fantastic way to lose money and future business

The staff doesn’t keep up with the league scores. It’s been over 24 hours and still don’t have an update on the new week Stats in the winter, we have to bring our own brooms to sweep off the lane approaches from previous bowlers The place needs a total upgrade Hasn’t been done in years
