- DRDani RosenDec 31, 20251.0We had a really disappointing experience here today. We arrived around 4:00 pm with our 3 year old, along with two other families we saw enter with young children. The bowling alley had plenty of open lanes (at least 10), but we were told by multiple employees at the front desk that we could not bowl because there were reservations starting at 5:30. We explained that we only wanted to bowl one short game with our small child and would absolutely be finished well before 5:30, but we were still turned away. We were told to wait and come back at 5:30 instead. To pass the time, we went to the arcade, where several games were broken and many prize machines were empty, which was also frustrating for the kids. When we returned to the front desk at 5:30 as instructed, we were turned away again and told that the lanes were only for people with reservations. At that point, our family (and the other families with young children) ended up leaving with disappointed and upset kids. We understand that it is New Year’s Eve, which is exactly why we came before we knew it would be busy. I am still processing the fact that we were literally turned away, even though there were so many lanes and we would be gone before the reservations began. We will not be coming here again.

I’m no professional bowler so I can’t speak for the high quality lane maintenance or anything but I had a great time bowling. They had many size of balls and a lot of lanes. Watched the r game while we bowled. They had great food service at the table and the server was very attentive I definitely would go back.
