    Exactly what Stamford needed! Best workout and community all in one. Eric, the owner, knows every member that walks through the door and is able to cater to each and every one of them. Do not hesitate to give Rumble a try- you will fall in love with the fun and challenging workout format!

    This is where clubbing meets working out. Cannot say enough good things about Rumble Boxing Stamford. It was well worth the wait. The workout is a full body burn averaging 400-800 calories per 45 minute class. It’s High intensity interval training spending 5 rounds on the floor using dumbbells and performing body weight exercises; and 5 rounds of boxing using low impact water bags. The classes are beginner friendly but highly recommend going on the website to learn the 6 punches before coming in to class. (They do go over them in the warm up.) The coaches are there to keep you going even when you feel like giving up and the energy is amazing. The room is dark with club style lighting so don’t worry about messing up your first few classes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend giving this workout a try, you won’t regret it. P.S. Make sure to wear something white or fluorescent for your first class, you will thank me later.
